What is the difference between local and cloud editing?+
Local controlled editing runs in your browser. It fills your selected rectangle with a solid color and draws the replacement with a chosen bundled font. Cloud editing uploads the image to an enabled account service, saves a project, and uses edit credits. Availability is shown in the editor.
The new text looks squeezed. What should I change?+
Check whether the replacement is longer than the original. Give it a wider selection when there is room, choose a smaller font size, or use a shorter phrase. Another generation in the same narrow area may keep the same problem.
The background does not blend in.+
Controlled mode uses a solid background color. Choose the matching color for a flat background. If the selection contains a gradient, texture, or artwork, covering it with one color will be visible; use the original design or a suitable image-editing tool.
Some of the old letters are still visible.+
Make sure your selection includes the whole original word, its antialiased edges, punctuation, and any outline or shadow. Anything outside the approved rectangle is preserved.
A nearby letter changed.+
Compare the approved boundary with the nearby letter. A detail inside the boundary can be rebuilt. If pixels outside the approved boundary changed in a cloud result, report the job from its project page.
The font is close but not exact.+
The original font is not identified or recovered. In controlled mode you explicitly select a bundled font. Use a source design with its licensed typeface when exact brand typography is essential.
I clicked twice or refreshed the page.+
Check the existing job in Projects before starting another. The service deduplicates repeated submissions for the same request. A new generation is a separate job. Local previews are not saved to your cloud account.
Where is the image I edited locally?+
A local edit stays in the current browser page until you download it. Use Download PNG before closing the page. Local edits do not appear in Projects.
What happens to a canceled job’s credit?+
A confirmed cancellation before successful settlement releases the reservation. If the credit is still valid it returns to the available balance. If it has expired, it stays expired. A completed preview cannot be canceled to reverse its charge.
Need to flag a result?
Open the relevant edit in Projects and choose “Report a result issue.” Include what needs attention. A report is saved separately from the credit settlement for that job.
