HOW A CREDIT WORKSReserved first.

We reserve one credit when a cloud job starts. It is used when a preview passes the required checks and is ready to inspect. A job may include one internal correction at no extra credit cost.
If the job fails or cancellation is confirmed before completion, its reservation is released. Unexpired credits become available again; expired credits stay expired.
Passing these checks does not guarantee an exact style match. Choosing another generation starts a new job and may use another credit.

Does downloading cost another credit?+
No. Downloading or re-downloading an available result does not use another credit.
What if I don’t like the style?+
A completed preview that passes the required checks uses a credit, even if you prefer a different style. You can report an issue or start another clearly priced edit.
What if the spelling is still wrong?+
Checks can miss errors. Report the result from its project page so it can be reviewed. A report is separate from an automatic release for a system-detected failure.
Do credits roll over?+
Paid plans refresh credits each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Trial credits are a one-time allowance. A failed or canceled job does not extend the original expiry.
Can I cancel an edit?+
A queued job can be canceled. Running edits can be canceled only if cancellation is confirmed before successful settlement. An already completed preview cannot be canceled to reverse its credit use.
Can I buy a plan now?+
No. These are proposed prices. Paid checkout remains closed while quality, costs, and billing are validated. Local controlled editing is available without a purchase.
